We want every Ooey Gooey order to bring big smiles! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Due to the nature of our slime products, all sales are final unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used slime products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival)

- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Ooey Gooey is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. If this happens, please contact the
shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.
